  • He was born in Mani in 1955.
  • He graduated with honors from the 1st Lyceum of Kalamata.
  • He entered the Law Faculty of the National University of Athens as top ranked in1973 he graduated in 1978.
  • He also attended studies in Journalism, Organization and Management of Communication.
  • He is a member of the Athens Bar Association (ABA) since 1981 and, by practicing law for more than thirty years, has acquired a great experience in litigation in the areas of civil, commercial, criminal and administrative law.
  • He is a member of the Hellenic Criminal Bar Association.
  • He was first elected as Consultant and Member of the ABA’s Board in 2005 (16.03.2005 – 15.03.2008) and was reelected in 2008 (16.03.2008 – 15.03.2011).
  • He has his law articles often published in various Law Magazines and he regularly appears in television or radio.
  • He has handled numerous cases which received publicity.
  • In 2005 he wrote and distributed for free to all lawyers – members of the ABA the book “Administrative procedure – useful guide”.
  • In 2008 he wrote and distributed for free to all lawyers – members of the ABA, the book “Administrative Court – immigration law – sports courts.”

  • Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Insurance Fund of Broadcasting and Tourism Employees (1991-1994).
  • Member of the Board of Directors of the Fund for the Judicial Buildings’ Finance from January 2007.

Agis Zerveas is a lawyer in Athens, licensed to practice before the Court of Appeals. He studied law at Democritus University of Thrace and he holds a postgraduate diploma (LLM) at criminal law and criminology. He has participated in many legal seminars and conferences. He speaks English and German fluently. He is an active member of the Greek Union of criminologists and the Association of Greek commercialists. He has been practicing law at the courts of Athens, but also at the provincial courts.He runs a contemporary legal office in the center of Athens (directly across the Supreme Court) and he is also a legal Counselor at Provincial Authority of Spata handling cases related to the municipal property.Furthermore, he is specialized in loans, bankruptcy, enterprises and banking.

Born in Piraeus in 1973. Studied Law in Athens Law University from 1992 – 1997. During his studies he has been occupied by several Professionals of Law Business (Attorneys, Notaries etc.) and got specialized, as an employee, in matters of proceeding and executing Court Decisions. Member of the Athens Bar Association since 1999, he is a constant associate of our Law Offices as well as he runs his personal Law Office. Due to his experience among many cases, he deals mostly with cases concerning Commercial, Civil (Real Estate legal cases, heritages etc.), Administrative and Penal Law. During the years of 2010 – 2012 he has been occupied in the liquidation of insurance companies, offering remarkable services mainly in the coordinating of the work processes and the Court Management of the companies, however he has been also worked along with Administrative Authorities of Greece (Municipality) in many projects. Legal Consultant of the Association of Attica Agents of O.P.A.P. from 2011 – 2014. With his daily presentation in the Greek Courtrooms, he is a Legal Consultant in many individuals and Companies as well as an expert in conducting Agreements and Memorandums. Fully Knowledge of English and Spanish Languages.

Petros Zerveas is an attorney in Athens. He graduated from the Athens Law School and then received his Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking Corporate and Finance Law from Fordham University in New York awarded with magna cum laude. He is admitted to the Athens Bar Association and he is among the very few Greek lawyers licensed to practice in New York and admitted to the New York Bar Association. He is a dynamic lawyer, having litigated numerous cases in courts of all instances all over Greece and he has cooperated with some of the top law firms in Athens, Greece. He is mostly involved in civil, commercial and criminal law, but he is also an expert in some specialized legal issues such as personal liability of corporations’ CEO and legal representatives, medical malpractice, and management of medical waste. Today he is a legal counsel at Hygeia Group (group of private hospital corporations) but he also has his own law office with a great network of associates. He speaks English and German.

Stelios Tzompanakis was born in Athens in 1973. He attended Athens University where he studied law, he speaks English and is admitted to the Piraeus Bar Association. From the beginning of his career, he has been a dynamic lawyer focusing on all aspects of law. He is specialized in criminal law and in aspects of administrative law as well as in the protection of constitutional rights. Moreover, he has worked in media as an advertising and viewing consultant, significantly contributing to the projection of Greek companies. He has gained significant experience in tackling monetary disputes, the protection of borrowers, as well as compensation from automotive accidents, through means of trial and settlement. He collaborates with our office, simultaneously serving as a legal adviser to Greek businesses and maintaining his own office in the centre of Athens.
