T.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After determining that the attempt at pre-trial settlement failed as the conditions for consent were not met in accordance with the provisions of article 7, paragraphs 2-4 of Law 3869\/2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Having taken into account article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">THE request for a temporary injunction is GRANTED,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DECIDES, temporarily, until the issuance of a final decision on the application filed with filing number __\/2014, to suspend the punitive measures and to maintain the actual and legal status of the assets of the applicant E.
