Taking into account:
A) article 5 of law 3869/2010, as replaced by article 13 of law 4161/14-6-2013, in conjunction with article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
B) the application for voluntary jurisdiction (Law 3869/2010) of N. Z., dated 10/10/2013 with filing number __/23-10-2013, the hearing of which was set for 13/11/2019,
After hearing the attorney for the applicant, Aghios Zerveas, and the attorney for the first defendant, the credit institution I. P., in the absence of the other defendants,
After studying the documents provided,
GRANTS a temporary order, whereby it temporarily orders, until a final decision is issued on the above application, the prohibition of any punitive measure and the preservation of the actual and legal status of the applicant's assets referred to in the application, with the obligation on his part to pay the amount of 100 euros per month in favor of the first defendant to service her claim, which is secured in deed by a first-class mortgage, within the first 10th day of each month, of payments starting from 1of/3/2014.
