In Kapandriti today, Wednesday, 30-4-14, at 12.50 a.m., as no compromise was reached and its ratification was made pursuant to art. 5 par. 2 sub-paragraph a of Law 3869/2010, as in force after its amendment by art. 13 of Law 4161/2013, after the discussion of the request for the issuance of a Temporary Order
The request for a Temporary Injunction is GRANTED.
TEMPORARY ORDER
DECIDES provisionally and until the issuance of a final decision on the present application with registration number __/14 of Law 3869/2010 filed before this Court:
A) the suspension of all individual prosecutions, preventive or punitive measures as well as the prohibition of the initiation or continuation of any act of enforcement by the defendants against the applicant's assets, as described in the application,
B) the preservation of the actual and legal status of the applicant's assets referred to in the application, setting zero payments (article par. 5 of Law 3869/2010), with the condition of renegotiating this on 27-10-2016, at 12:00 p.m.
