Having determined that the attempt at pre-trial settlement failed as the conditions for consent are not met in accordance with the provisions of article 7, paragraphs 2-4 of Law 3869/2010,
Having taken into account article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
THE request for a temporary injunction is GRANTED,
DECIDES temporarily, until the issuance of a final decision on the application filed with filing number __, the suspension of the punitive measures and the maintenance of the actual and legal status of the assets referred to in the application of the applicant A. K. with the obligation to pay an amount of 150.00 euros per month, to be paid from 1/11/2014 within the first five days of each month to ETHNIKI, to serve all its claims proportionately and a request is submitted to exempt the main residence from the sale (art. 5 par. 2, paragraph 2 of Law 3869/2010 as amended by article 13 of Law 4161/2013)
