FOR THIS REASON
In accordance with article 5 par. 2 of Law 3869/2010, as currently in force, it orders the suspension of the punitive measures against the applicant, the preservation of the legal and factual situation of his property referred to in his application no. __ exhibit and the payment of monthly installments of zero euros due to the applicant's unemployment, review after the lapse of one (1) year.
