The request for a temporary injunction, without summons to the defendants, was discussed and accepted, in the presence of the applicant through her attorney. We suspend all measures of persecution against the applicant's property, the initiation and continuation of acts of enforcement proceedings against her property, as well as any factual and legal changes to it until a final decision is issued on this application.
