TEMPORARY ORDER
The Justice of the Peace of Athens
Having determined that the attempt at pre-trial settlement failed as the conditions for consent are not met in accordance with the provisions of article 7, paragraphs 2-4 of Law 3869/2010,
Having taken into account article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
ACCEPTED the request for a temporary injunction,
DECIDES temporarily until the issuance of a final decision on the application filed with filing number __, the suspension of the punitive measures and the preservation of the actual and legal status of the assets of the applicant S. K. referred to in the application, subject to the discussion of the application at the scheduled hearing on 24-3-2017, without the obligation of monthly payments (art. 5 par. 2 sub. 4 of Law 3869/2010 as amended by art. 13 of Law 4161/2013).
REMOVES the monthly deduction from the applicant's salary by the 1st and 2nd creditor from 19/12/2016.
