THE ATHENS PEACE COURT
After determining that the attempt at pre-trial settlement failed as the conditions for consent were not met in accordance with the provisions of article 7, paragraphs 2-4 of Law 3869/2010.
Having taken into account article 781 of the Civil Procedure Code
The request for a temporary injunction is GRANTED.
DECIDES, temporarily, until the issuance of a final decision on the application filed with filing number __/14, the suspension of the punitive measures and the maintenance of the actual and legal status of the applicant's assets referred to in the application, with the obligation to pay an amount of fifty (50) euros per month, to be paid from 1/2/2015 within the first five days of each month, distributed proportionally to the creditors referred to in the application.
