THE COURT OF PEACE OF ATHENS
After determining that the attempt at pre-trial settlement failed as the conditions for consent were not met in accordance with the provisions of article 7, paragraphs 2-4 of Law 3869/2010.
Having taken into account article 781 of the Civil Procedure Code
The request for a temporary injunction is GRANTED.
DECIDES, temporarily, until a final decision is issued on the application filed with filing number __/2014, to suspend the enforcement measures and to maintain the actual and legal status of the applicant's assets referred to in the application, with the obligation to pay an amount of ONE HUNDRED (100.00) euros per month, to be paid from 5/4/2015 within the first five days of each month, distributed proportionally to the creditors referred to in the application.
