after ascertaining that no pre-trial settlement has been reached:
The request for a temporary injunction is GRANTED in part.
ORDERS temporarily for two (2) years from the discussion of this interim order, the suspension of the punitive measures and the maintenance of the actual and legal status of his assets referred to in the application – including the vehicle with registration number __, of which he is in possession – with the obligation to pay by the applicant the amount of 80 euros per month and specifically within the first five days of each month, starting from 1/2/2015, which will be distributed proportionally to the creditors referred to in the application, under the condition of renegotiating the interim order before the lapse of two (2) years, with the applicant's own diligence, so that his financial situation can be reassessed.
