THE PEACE COURT OF PIRAEUS

Composed of the Court of Justice __, having taken into account: a) the above application, b) the provisions of article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure, in conjunction with article 5 par. 2 and article 4 par. 3 sub. b' of Law 3869/2010, as currently in force, c) the legally submitted documents, d) what was orally developed in the hearing, e) the general procedure, f) the fact that no pre-trial settlement was reached between the parties,
Temporarily and until a final decision is issued on the above application,
SUSPENDS all kinds of punitive measures by the applicant's creditors against her, the enforcement proceedings against her property, the taking of any precautionary measure against the applicant,
PROHIBITS the change in the legal and actual status of her property, without the obligation to pay any installment on the part of the applicant due to her serious health problems and the low amount of her pension.
