TEMPORARY ORDER
The Justice of the Peace of Peristeri
After taking it into consideration,
A) article 4 par. 3 subsection b' of law 3869/2010, as added by article 85 of law 3996/2011, in conjunction with article 781 of the Code of Civil Procedure,
B) the applications of the applicants dated 31/3/2014 with filing numbers __/2014 and __/2014 respectively, the hearing of which was set for 17/9/2025, after hearing the applicants' attorney, who appeared with the applicants, while the defendant did not appear.
and after studying the documents submitted,
It finds the failure of the pre-trial settlement.
Grants a temporary injunction, with which:
PROHIBITS any persecutory measure, as well as the actual and legal change in the financial situation of the applicants until the discussion of the applications of section 4 of Law 3869/2010, subject to the payment of monthly payments of one hundred and fifty (150) euros in full to the "National Bank of Greece S.A.", paid on the 1st 10th day of each month starting from February 2015.
